Domestic ground orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days via USPS Priority Mail - which usually delivers within 2-3 days for most destinations within the US.

Once USPS has marked a package as delivered, we cannot be responsible for replacing if stolen or missing. If you'd like to make sure the package requires your signature for delivery, please email us at the time of your order.

Returns

We use only the finest ingredients with all of our products and feel confident you will be satisfied. If for any reason you are not, a refund of your product will be issued within 10 days. After 10 days, we’ll be happy to offer merchandise credit within 30 days. Please email us at cravings@cocoametro.com for refund information. Please do not ship the products back without emailing first.
